                    As per Rule 301 of FHB Vol.II , the absentees statement of the officials has to be submitted to The Postmaster, Pudukkottai HO  for the period from 1^st to 20^th & from 21^st to 31^st with details of leave etc. for regulation of pay of the officials.

                    Non submission of the statement has resulted in over payment of Pay & allowances to the officials.
